Alongside churn prediction, LTV prediction, best-time-to-send, favorite product/game, and RFM segmentation, the suite includes a Value Score model (ranking players by their relative contribution), Recommended Bet and Deposit Amounts (personalized suggested amounts per player), and an AI Enhancer that helps write and refine back-office content. Together they cover prediction, segmentation, personalization, and content creation.
They work from data you're already sending Smartico. The models draw on user profile attributes (country, age, gender, registration date, and so on) plus behavioral activity like deposits, withdrawals, and casino or sports bets, over 50 base features in total for the predictive models. There's no separate data project required beyond your standard integration; the models run on your existing player and transaction data.
It scores each player daily on their probability of not depositing within a defined window (7, 14, or 30 days, your choice), giving a value between 0 and 1, then sorts them into ranks from Low through Critical to Churned. There's also an "Invalidated" state: if a churned or critical player suddenly takes a meaningful action like a deposit, the system flags that their old rank may no longer apply, pending the next evaluation. You can define churn differently (for example, no deposits and no gameplay) if that fits your business better.
It projects each player's lifetime value (defined as net deposit, total deposits minus withdrawals) over the next 15, 30, and 60 days, with upper and lower confidence bounds shown on the player profile. The model is tuned so that around 80% of players' actual LTV lands within those bounds. It's a forecast with stated confidence ranges rather than a single guaranteed number, which is the honest way to use predictive LTV.
A predictive model analyzes each player's individual activity patterns to identify their best hours and days, then applies that when sending email, SMS, or push. You can tune which activities it learns from, choose between several algorithms, and decide whether it picks one optimal slot or several. In a campaign you can send at the next best hour, the next best day and hour, or the best hour today (falling back to immediate send for time-sensitive promotions).
They answer different questions. RFM segments players on three dimensions (how recently, how often, and how much they deposit or bet) and sorts them into descriptive segments like Champions, At Risk, and Hibernating, recalculated daily. Value Score is simpler and sharper for prioritization: it ranks players into Top, High, Medium, and Low tiers by their relative value contribution, available as both a 30-day and a lifetime property. RFM is richer for tailored lifecycle strategies; Value Score is cleaner for "where do I focus spend."
Personalization. The favorite models identify each player's preferred product (casino, sport, lottery, or a mix), top games, game types, and providers, using a time-decay approach so recent activity counts more than old. The recommended-amount models suggest a personalized deposit or bet amount per player, in both conservative and upsell variants. Both feed directly into targeting and into dynamic missions, where each player gets a personal goal based on their own behavior.
Every model output is a player property or event you can act on. Churn rank changes, RFM segment updates, and value score changes all fire events that can trigger or stop a campaign in real time, for example launching a retention flow the moment a player enters the Critical churn rank. The same properties can gate missions, tournaments, mini-games, and segments, so a high-churn-risk player can be shown a specific offer automatically.
Most segmentation and personalization models recalculate daily (favorites and recommended amounts run overnight, roughly 2:30–4:30 AM UTC, once fresh activity has arrived). The predictive models use deep-learning techniques and aren't retrained on a fixed schedule; instead Smartico monitors internal quality metrics and retrains when accuracy starts to degrade. New players and new activity feed into the real-time models within about five minutes.
No, it's a different kind of tool. The AI Enhancer is a content assistant inside the back office: it helps write and improve descriptions, promo text, and terms, shorten copy, check spelling, generate variations, and even validate HTML in the email editor. The predictive and segmentation models work on player data; the AI Enhancer works on the content your team produces. Both sit under the AI umbrella but serve different jobs.
