Job Description:

As an Integration Engineer at, you will oversee the entire integration process with our customers, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and effective experience. You will be the go-to expert for any integration-related inquiries, providing critical support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle. This role is pivotal in enabling our clients to fully leverage our CRM Automation & Gamification platform through flawless integration and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the full integration process with customers, from initial assessment through to implementation, testing, and final deployment.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all integration-related questions and issues, offering expert advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their technical needs and customize integration solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, product, customer success) to ensure a unified and effective integration strategy.
  • Educate customers and internal teams on integration topics, ensuring a high level of competency across the board.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to improve integration capabilities continuously.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Basic SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and understand SQL queries, which is crucial for database integration and troubleshooting data issues.
  • Postman/APIs: using Postman for API testing and familiar with RESTful services and API integration, enabling smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with CRM systems, automation tools, and gamification concepts.
  • Advantage: Experience with various programming languages and integration platforms relevant to our technology stack.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in an Integration Engineer role, with a focus on customer integrations or similar.
