B2B Account & Success Manager

Smartico.ai is a multi-channel Realtime Gamification and Marketing Loyalty Platform. We enable companies to drive customer engagement and increase revenue by providing personalized marketing and retention tools.

We are looking for a B2B Account/Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to maintain ongoing customer relationships, networking and provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints, requests and suggestions.


  • Serve as the a focal point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Prepare reports and project plans on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Provide training to customers during onboarding process
  • Provide the know-how to customers with regards to the platform


  • Proven work experience as an B2B Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Highly organized and able to multitasking.
  • Solid experience with existing CRM solution and MS Office (particularly MS Excel or google alternatives)
  • Experience in documents creation and management.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Must!
  • Patient, active listener with passion for service.
